If Noncitizens Vote, the Vote Is Counted

That is true; once the ballot is counted, you can’t pull it back. That’s true in every state, not just California. You have to stop it before, which is why you need voter ID.
Speaker 1: “I don’t think anyone disputes that. I think the government is saying that we should stop the vote from counting, an illegal vote from counting. Well, you would agree that if there is an illegal citizen, I mean a non-citizen, that votes, and we don’t stop it now, that vote, that ballot will then be counted. Correct?”

California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election.

Something that never happens does happen.
Breaking: First Assistant US DOJ Attorneys for Washington state, Neil Floyd and Pete Serrano, announce that investigators have found over 400 cases of noncitizens voting in state and federal elections.
The DOJ prosecutors claim that WA state is refusing to cooperate and hand over voter rolls. They believe the number of noncitizens voting is much higher — in the thousands.
