Coup d’État Day 3: Tusk’s Bill to Shut Down Free Speech

A coup d’etat is underway in Poland. The globalist Prime Minister Donald Tusk indirectly seized control of the Tribunal, the nation’s top court. He did it while the nationalist Karol Nawrocki was in the air, on his way to Senegal. We are in the third day of the coup. Tusk is not relenting. In fact, he is escalating.

The US media is ignoring it completely.

Tusk wants to delegitimize the President. He wants to take over the nation’s banking so they can introduce the Euro in place of the Polish currency. He also wants to pursue the horrendous mass migration policy that is ruining every EU nation.

This is what is factually happening, and the US media is silent. The EU is supportive of Tusk.

The police largely support Tusk, while the military backs Nawrocki.

The Parliament had appointed eight judges to the Tribunal, and Nawrocki vetoed five globalists. He has a legitimate veto. Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska was one of the five. She declared herself Chief of the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland and suspended President Bogdan Święcicki and his deputy.

Control of the Tribunal is necessary to sell the country out to the EU.

Silencing Nationalists

The current legally installed President of the Tribunal is conducting business on folding tables outside the gates. Inside, the self-appointed judges are also conducting business.

Reportedly, Tusk is working on a bill that potentially gives the government extraordinary tools to combat the opposition and narrow the scope of public debate on an unprecedented scale.

“The bill with print number 3003, which is being processed in the Sejm, is an unprecedented phenomenon in Polish legislation. This bill includes provisions allowing them to seize assets, garnish pensions, salaries, and accounts—they can take everything from us.

Zero.PL reports on the Bill to Silence Opposition

The draft legislation provides for penalties of up to PLN 20 million, to be imposed by the head of a customs and tax office and subject to immediate enforcement.

According to the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT), the grounds for imposing these penalties are too broad, and the Council was not consulted at any stage of the drafting process.

The bill was submitted to the Sejm on August 6, the first reading took place on September 3, and three parliamentary committees are currently reviewing it. …

The regulations are intended to address actions that undermine, among other things, national security, the inviolability of borders, Poland’s interests, and its international standing. …

The head of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) argues that safeguarding national security should not come at the expense of the operational freedom of newsrooms and broadcasters.

The Chairwoman’s assessment is unequivocal: it is “an attempt to strike at freedom of speech.” She claims that the governing coalition is once again seeking to introduce the concept of “hate speech” into the law—a category for which an official could impose penalties, bypassing the judiciary.

Yes, It Is a Coup

President Nawrocki said the following:

“Dmitry Medvedev, former President of Russia, stated that a coup d’état took place in Poland, and that ‘Tusk’s liberals, Brussels’ protégé, are oppressing the conservatives from PiS.’ And everything is clear.”

But we, the Polish people, are not blind. We have witnessed what is happening, and no amount of political rhetoric will make us ignore the reality before our eyes.

What is unfolding at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal is nothing short of a COUP D’ÉTAT! We will not stand by and allow anyone to undermine our democracy and seize control of our motherland.

We all saw what happened in France, and President Emmanuel Macron refused to act. It happened in Canada and Belgium too; we don’t need such violence from illegal foreigners

This is a direct attack on Poland’s constitutional framework, national sovereignty, and democratic institutions.

The ultimate goal is to subordinate Polish law to EU interests, impose the EU Migration Pact, and open our borders to tens of thousands, potentially hundreds of thousands, of illegal migrants.

They want to undermine everything that has made Poland one of Europe’s safest, most stable, and most prosperous nations, putting our people at risk of the economic difficulties, social tensions, and instability already witnessed in other European countries.

Poland must never become a nation dictated to by foreign interests. Our sovereignty is sacred and non-negotiable. We will defend our independence, protect our borders, and fight for the future of our country.

Poland belongs to the Polish people. Our motherland is not for sale, and we will never surrender!”

The US Ambassador to Poland, Tom Rose, writes:

The events unfolding tonight at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal are very serious indeed. We appear to be witnessing an unprecedented confrontation over the government’s use of state power and the independence and authority of a constitutional institution.

Both sides offer sharply different accounts of what happened and why. Whatever the facts ultimately establish, thousands gathering outside the Tribunal make an already dangerous situation more combustible. The last thing Poland needs is a confrontation that spirals into something far worse.

America is on Poland’s side. It is not our place to judge or interfere in its internal affairs. Our concern is for the stability, security, and democratic future of a country we are proud to call our friend and ally.

I hope everyone involved—government officials, law enforcement, and demonstrators alike- takes a deep breath and doesn’t take any action that could provoke violence or further escalation.

Americans and @POTUS care deeply about this country, its democracy, and its future. But Poland’s strength ultimately must come from within—from its people, its institutions, and their shared commitment to the rule of law.

Poland has come too far and accomplished too much to let political differences, no matter how strongly felt, put any of that at risk.

People online are spreading a year-old clip of Obama commenting on the Hungarian elections, claiming he commented recently on Poland and Hungary. It’s not true, but that could be because the media is refusing to report it. They want it kept quiet.
