Yikes! Now Kenyans Are Ripping Us Off

Now we have Kenyan crooks stealing our federal student aid funds. The United States has simply become a nation to be exploited, like animals picking at a dead carcass. Why didn’t we investigate this before we went deep into debt?

In Nebraska, a grand jury has indicted Francis Magambi, a Kenyan national, on charges of theft of government money and aggravated identity theft. According to court documents, Mugambi allegedly worked with associates in Kenya to steal U.S. identities, enroll victims as students, redirect federal aid payments, keep a share for himself, and send the rest to co-conspirators in Kenya.

In New Jersey, Mabed Patricia Utate Alberto, Patricia Eris Lady Perez, and George Arturo Alpha Mendez are charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud. They allegedly acted as money mules in a scheme involving hundreds of ghost students and more than 1.3 million in proceeds. Prosecutors allege that money was sent overseas, including to individuals connected to a Kenya-based safari business used as a cover.

We are also acting urgently with Secretary McMahon and the Department of Education to identify and shut off fraudulent accounts to stop this money from going to the fraudsters.

If you steal American identities, if you steal taxpayer dollars, if you exploit programs meant to help students build their future, we are resolved to find you and prosecute you. …”

Today, the government is conducting raids across several agencies in the Twin Cities. Stewardship and oversight appear to have been non-existant under Governor Walz and his Democat allies. Tomorrow, Vice President JD Vance will fly to Minnesota to discuss a War on Fraud.

It just keeps getting worse in Minnesota and most of it is tied to massive immigration.
