Houston Mayor Bars ICE from Nabbing Some Truly Awful People

Houston, TX, Mayor John Whitmire just ordered cops to scale back communication with ICE as Democrat Gina Hinojosa prepares to take over as governor.

Trump said yesterday he’s gearing up to reinforce the southern border when she takes resources away from the border.

Mayor John Whitmire instructed Houston police to “stop notifying immigration agents when they encounter someone without legal status during routine street stops,” accoring to the New York Times.

Basically, he is going to ignore SB4, which includes state penalties for illegal crossing. They are going to ignore criminal aliens except those who committed the most egregious crimes.

“The White House directed the Chief and H.P.D. through an executive order to change our policy regarding contact with ICE. I do this to begin a healing process.

“He said it will reduce fear and anxiety across our community.

“He’s only going to concerntrte on those who commit “serious crimes.”

The healing is from trying to deport criminals and others who invaded the country. Crimes like drug dealing and child porn are not violent, so they are not serious crimes.
