Lest We Forget AOC’s “Farting Cows” Memo
On Feb. 5th, 2019, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s congressional office posted a new blog entry under “energy issues” detailing her “Green New Deal” proposal and answering “frequently asked questions.”
According to AOC’s FAQ on February 7, 2019, the Green New Deal would provide “(e)conomic security to all who are unable or unwilling to work.” It noted that the proposal’s goal is “to get to net-zero, rather than zero emissions … because we aren’t sure that we will be able to fully get rid of, for example, emissions from cows or air travel before then.”
It bans affordable energy, nuclear power, most cars we see on the roads, tears down and rebuilds all buildings, eliminates most air travel, and pays a salary to everyone, even for nothing. That should save the earth.
As for the buildings, it would mean rebuilding or retrofitting more than 39,000 buildings a day for ten years.

The page disappeared from her website after backlash and ridicule.
A top adviser suggested that the GOP actually authored and distributed it. It was on her website, so they had to backtrack on that lie! The GOP has nothing to do with it.
On Feb. 7th, Communist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., America’s Evita Peroné, removed the document from her website without explanation.
The document vanished just hours after Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., formally unveiled a “Green New Deal” resolution that attracted 67 Democratic co-sponsors in the House. It was a nonbinding measure, less detailed than the now-deleted FAQ document, but it called for a complete and speedy overhaul of the nation’s energy, transportation, and farming sectors to eliminate carbon emissions in the coming decades.
It was still a Socialist manifesto calling for the end of capitalism. It creates, as O-Cortez said, a massive government takeover.
Just a mistake
AOC’s chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti, posted on Twitter that Saturday morning that the “errant FAQ” sheet was posted in error and said it was just a “brainstorming document” that got leaked. He later told the Governor of Washington State that the purpose of the Green New Deal is to end Capitalism.
We affectionately call it the “farting cows” document because it noted that they would eliminate farting cows along with planes.
Democrats were visibly losing it at the time. Now they are blatantly out-in-the-open communists.
