Former Prime Minister Warns of Potential Civil War in Poland as a Psychotic EU Is Silent

Poland’s pro-EU Prime Minister reportedly attempted a judicial coup by suspending the top justice of the Constitutional Tribunal, while the president was 35,000 ft in the air over Spain. A former Prime Minister warns of a civil war risk.

The EU is silent because Prime Minister Donald Tusk appears to be forcing their will on the Polish people.

It Could Devolve Into Civil War

Mario Nawfal sat down with former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, a fierce opponent of Prime Minister Tusk. Morawiecki spent hours at the Tribunal speaking out against what he sees as an unprecedented assault on Polish democracy.

“We sit on a barrel of powder. It can escalate very, very strongly over the next days and weeks…,” he said.

Civil War is a decided possibility because Tusk wants to escalate the whole situation and will not give in on controlling the Tribunal.

Nawfal compares it to Lula’s actions in Brazil. Making judges an arm of the presidency is a typical communist tactic. The former Prime Minister agreed and said that “the loss of the judicial system is something communists must do.”

Tusk is bringing in reinforcements against those protesting, blaming Russia, and refusing to lower the temperature.

Polish police officers are allegedly beginning to defy orders from the Tusk government en masse. Reports indicate a revolt and extremely low morale. A police union accuses the government of using the police for political purposes and opposes the actions of those in power.

Some reports indicate that the government is currently sending in special agents and intelligence personnel to disrupt protests from within.

Protesters demand Tusk be handed over to them.

Morawiecki Sizes Up the Situation

Tusk waited until President Nawrocki left for Senegal, then went in. He wants to pack the Tribunal with loyalist judges, bypass the presidential veto, and rewrite Poland’s legal system without a constitutional majority. Morawiecki calls it a brazen power grab, one with no parallel in post-1989 European history.

Patriots have been holding the line outside the Tribunal ever since, with a massive police presence still there.

Morawiecki hopes it doesn’t descend into civil war, but it might.

It goes beyond Poland. The woman who should have been president of Romania sits in prison, says Nawful. Both agree that whenever anyone defies or defeats the Left, they attack. Elections are coming up in France, Italy, Poland, and this is why they are making their move now, says Morawiecki.

If Tusk succeeds in taking over the Tribunal (the Highest Court), the former Prime Minister says they will have a quasi-dictatorship. Morawiecki believes Tusk is also using this to divert attention from his large deficit, high unemployment, and public debt. He said the debt is spiraling out of control.
