Abdul El Sayed’s Sister-in-Law Was on a Terror Watch List

Abdulrahman Mohamad El Sayed’s sister-in-law was put on a terror watch list but beat the rap. When asked about it, El Sayed shifted the blame to Mike Rogers, claiming Rogers has a surveillance state set up.

“She did nothing wrong and was captured on that and then sued and got off,” he said.

Despite El-Sayed’s claim that she “sued and got off,” a federal appeals court overturned a ruling favoring the plaintiffs in 2021, and a separate damages lawsuit was dismissed in 2017. The FBI declined to confirm or deny Jukaku’s watchlist status, citing government policy.
