Jack Smith’s Mandate to Weaponize Government

The D.C. special counsel, who worked so hard to imprison Donald Trump, collected data on people who spent as little as $1 on a Trump hat. Catherine Herridge analyzed the situation and believes that it likely reflects the government weaponizing its power. It appears to violate 18 U.S.C. 242, which essentially prohibits using your government position to deny someone their civil rights.

The information comes from lawful disclosures, subpoenas, and whistleblowers. Senator Chuck Grassley issued the report.

Years before the Trump investigations, after 2020, Jack Smith had a mandate to deal with January 6th, the overblown attack on the Capitol, which was actually a riot and a rally. He also had an order to lead the document cases and the Mar-a-Lago raid. Think about how aggressive this actually is.

If you bought a MAGA hat or other paraphernalia or donated as little as $1 to Donald Trump, you might be one of the 639,000 Republicans whose personal information Jack Smith obtained during his Arctic Frost probe.

This appears to confirm that Smith and his partisan team aimed to map out the entire Republican Party apparatus.

It is well beyond keeping a database for informational purposes.

Catherine Herridge:

“and it really lends credibility to this allegation that there was a lot more here than a simple collection of information, but it was in fact part of a larger strategy of intelligence collection and intimidation.“

If you are like me and bought a hat during the timeframe, the Left has a database on you with the following information:

  • Names;
  • Dates of birth;
  • Physical addresses (encompassing most states and U.S. territories and encompassing the states of every SJC member);
  • No justification was offered for any of this.
  • Email addresses; Whether the individual is a registered Republican; Individuals’ congressional district and state legislature;
  • Individuals’ occupation and place of employment (sample occupations listed include: retired, pool tech, driver, logger, safety manager, janitor, doorman);
  • Individuals’ donation amount (as low as $1; generally, donation amounts under $1,000; Individuals’ credit card information (including last four digits of credit card numbers);
  • and Donor analysis data (such as one-time versus recurring donations and the amount of the donation). Donors go back to 2005!

Chuck Grassley report:

“Jack Smith’s SCO and Biden’s Justice Department obtained donor, potential voter, and supporter data ranging from 2005 to 2021, well outside Smith’s scope of purported review and further corroborating that the Special Counsel operation was designed to map out the Republican Party.”

Catherine Herridge:

“I think it’s important not to see this data collection in isolation. We’ve talked about the 700,000 records involving American citizens tracking Commerce, so MAGA merchandise, but just think about the pen register or the telephone collection on Susie Wiles, the lawmakers’ records, and also these subpoenas for about 430 GOP-named entities.

“When you pull all of that data together, you really do have the ability to map the entire network of the GOP operations. So fundraising at donors, the key influencers, the Trump campaign is.

“Why would they need that information? Well, this is the question. This intelligence and collection operation was it part of a larger strategy to have leverage on one party versus the other party?

“I did some reporting years ago with some NSA whistleblowers, and they talked about how the U.S. government’s ability to collect data was creating a very dangerous turnkey situation. And if you had the wrong person in power, they would have the ability. They didn’t use the word weaponize at that time, but to really leverage this information against individual Americans.”

This isn’t just communism; it’s Stalinism. Remember Maxine Waters bragging about Barack Obama’s massive database? Why do they need these massive databases?
