Socialist Democrats’ Plan to Investigate, Control, Attack Capitalism
Rep. Jamie Raskin, son of a communist professor and a regressive himself, is spearheading the Stalinesque assault on capitalism. Corporations have their issues, but communism and socialism are far worse. Capitalism has made us the richest nation on Earth.
Like Lavrentiy Beria, show them the man, they’ll find the crime. Never forget, the real target is President Trump, who dared to stand up to them and impeded their mission.
According to The Washington Sun, senior congressional Democrats have been studying a 181-page dossier that identifies hundreds of executives and companies for them to investigate after they take control of the House and Senate next year.
The document, drafted by the think tank Groundwork Collaborative and reviewed by The Washington Sun, argues that the party should respond to the results of the election by aggressively probing large corporations, including the biggest tech giants, artificial intelligence labs, natural gas firms, private prisons and nursing home operators, among dozens of others.
It’s a seek-and-destroy mission.
Politico reports, “Some Democrats have suggested the party narrowly focus on President Donald Trump’s scandals, such as his renovations of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and dismantling of the Kennedy Center. The Groundwork document — spearheaded by former staffers for Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-Massachusetts) and Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) — argues for a more expansive approach that would broaden Democratic investigations well beyond the president and focus on a wide range of corporate behavior that the group blames for the cost-of-living crisis.”
Trump should leave everything a dump. It is what Democrats want.
“If federal contracting decisions are made not because a vendor has the best product or is offering it for the best price, but because, in the case of Amazon, it was willing to pay $40 million for a crappy movie about Melania [Trump], is that resulting in Amazon getting an advantage in cloud computing contracts or other defense contracts — that’s the kind of thing that costs taxpayers money, costs consumers more money, and there have been so many business payoffs of one sort or another,” said Schiff, referring to the first lady, writes Politico.
I really enjoyed the movie about Melania, and hated the crappy movie about Michelle Obama.
More Politico, “Over in the House, Rep. Frank Pallone of New Jersey, the top Democrat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, wants to look into surveillance pricing, in which AI tools track a customer’s online habits to determine how much they should be paying for basic goods like groceries — and potentially driving up costs for everyone in the process. It’s an issue that energizes progressives, like Congressional Progressive Caucus Chair Greg Casar of Texas, as well as Republicans: Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri held a hearing on the issue in August.
They want Maduro-like price controls.
Another Politico excerpt: “For instance, Garcia and Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland, the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, have made clear they consider the Jeffrey Epstein investigation unfinished business. Raskin, a week before the midterms, released a staff report detailing sexual assault allegations against Trump by five separate women in a possible preview of the lines of inquiry Democrats could pursue.”
Out of the blue, after years and years, some left-wing women claim assault. NOT SUSPICIOUS AT ALL.

The Empire Strikes Back
The White House, meanwhile, is promising to resist the new Democratic majority’s efforts: “If crazed Democrats want to abuse their power and politicize their process of investigations, subpoenas, and destroying lives, they should be reminded that we still control the federal government and all of its powers,” said a Trump administration official in a statement Wednesday.
Count your blessings that we have Donald Trump for two more years.
