Violent Madman Attacks 4 People in a Couple Days & He’s Free
A madman in Manhattan punched a 28-year-old woman on Fulton Street near Water Street in lower Manhattan last month, then attacked two other women within five minutes before he was arrested, released, and then allegedly went on to sock an 85-year-old man in the face the next day, the first victim told The NY Post.
“This is the most insane story ever,” said the woman, who works in finance and asked to remain anonymous out of fear for her safety. “I’m walking, and I’m on my phone, and then all of a sudden I hear this guy shout, ‘Watch out!’”
She looked up in time to see the gaunt-looking, bald repeat offender. He was identified as Christopher Tarrant. Tarrant was about to punch her in the face. She dodged his fist. However, it landed like a ton of bricks on her shoulder instead.
The lunatic Christopher Tarrant, 24, was only charged with a misdemeanor.
To make a long story short, he did the same thing a total of four times, and the fourth time was against an 85-year-old man which cost him a felony.
The judge released him again on supervised release.
