Chilling! James O’Keefe & Cam Higby Charged with Felonies

Independent reporters James O’Keefe and Cam Higby went undercover at multiple Minnesota polling places, dressed in full burqas to expose election fraud. They did not sign the oath or cast a ballot. Nonetheless, they were charged.

Hennepin County charged James O’Keefe with felony unlawful voting and identity theft. If convicted, he could face ten years. Cam Higby was also charged and faces ten years, five years for each count.

The charge allegedly rests on their use of a real voter’s name to an election judge. Minnesota calls that the first step in applying for a ballot.

The County attorney expects probation after they spend a great deal of money defending themselves and are strapped with felonies. Watch the clip here. Do you see this as a felony?
