Flávio Bolsonaro Is Reportedly in the United States with His Family
Simón Levy, Chair of Esposible.org, said, on X “As I reported hours ago, Flávio Bolsonaro has arrived safely in the United States. The mastermind behind this operation is U.S. Secretary of State @SecRubio .”
CNN reported that he left for the United States with his family, and President Trump plans to grant him asylum.
Flávio Bolsonaro’s passport was canceled, and he was forced to flee the country by Lula, Alexandre De Moraes, and the insane Brazilian regime. His brother Eduardo has an arrest warrant out for lobbying the US. His father, Jair Bolsonaro, is serving a 27-year sentence. They are victims of political persecution.

Other reports also confirm that defeated Brazilian presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro has left Brazil and is heading to the United States to go into “exile,” federal lawmaker Mauricio Marcon of Bolsonaro’s Liberal Party said Tuesday in a video posted on X.
Bolsonaro did not turn in his passports. He holds Brazilian and Italian passports.
The Washington Post has said he missed a Tuesday morning deadline to surrender his passports. He has not made any statements or public appearances since Monday, when he effectively conceded his election loss to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Calls to his phone returned an out-of-service message all morning.
Lula and some of his close allies said they are going to arrest, prosecute, and imprison him. Hopefully, he is in the U.S.
His Instagram account has gone silent. The Brazilian police don’t know where he is. His brother Eduardo — who has been sentenced to prison in Brazil over coercion in judicial proceedings but remains in Texas, beyond the reach of Brazilian law — isn’t picking up his phone.
The travel ban was imposed as part of a criminal investigation into Bolsonaro’s ties to Willer Tomaz, a lawyer and longtime friend suspected of money laundering. De Moraes also ordered Bolsonaro to surrender his passports within 24 hours and barred him from contacting Tomaz.
The evidence appears to be that Tomaz is his friend. Bolsonaro also knows another man whose bank was shut down, so they are pursuing that in an investigation.
The Bolsonaros have accused Lula of money laundering.
According to Brazilian and Argentine media reports, the son of former President Jair Bolsonaro crossed into Argentina on foot and was expected to board a private plane for the United States.
