Good News! The Protests in Europe Are Mostly Peaceful
Some in Europe are downplaying the riots and calling them “mostly peaceful,” even as cars are burned behind them, or cars and historic buildings are enveloped in flames. Europe isn’t finished, as some say. They have survived wars and chaos for hundreds of years. However, Europe needs major changes. El Salvador President Bukele called for a fix: go full throttle on law and order.
The BBC has reported that France’s riots are “mostly peaceful.”
“In Paris and beyond, half a million people had filled cities across France to protest over the future of their country,” BBC correspondent James Waterhouse said.
“They were mostly peaceful, but as we saw in the capital, in the wings were those who wanted to take advantage of the disorder.”
As he said this, footage aired showing masked protesters burning cars and fighting with police officers. They said this while airing footage of burning cars and protesters attacking the police.
What They Are Ignoring
French President Emanuel Macron also said the protests were peaceful. He admitted criminals joined the protesters but ignored the whole Red-Green Revolution thingy. Mr. Waterhouse said they were mostly peaceful in this clip, but did describe the so-called “opportunistic minority” that took advantage.
I am sensing the same pattern we saw in the United States: the same carnage, and the same ignoring of the core revolution behind the protests, stirred up by foreign influencers and bad native actors.
Paris looks a lot like D.C. in this clip and this.
According to Breitbart, about 86% of the roughly 6,877 people arrested during France’s recent student riots were under the age of 18.
The “opportunistic minority” includes throngs of communist and Islamist young radicals who are just marching and chanting. The “peaceful” protesters are the bigger problem. These are the growing numbers of youth who think the West would do better as socialists/communists. Those systems are guaranteed to fail, as they do every time they are tried.
It’s Spreading
Rampaging radicals are also burning things in Milan, Italy. Watch this clip. There is more here and here and here. Over half are minors. Reportedly, many are second- and third-generation Italians, as in France. Europe took in massive numbers of foreigners from poor, terrorist-occupied countries without having the jobs or the opportunities they would need.
Alternative media reports that it wasn’t just Milan. Bologna, Turin, Florence, and Rome filled up with mobs at the same time. In Milan, over 5,000 clashed with the police using stones and firecrackers in front of the Duomo. It wasn’t better in Bologna, where they fired water cannons and tear gas near the station. In Turin, stones and bottles flew. Thousands took to the streets because diesel prices are through the roof and paychecks don’t make it to the end of the month.
Fuel and rent are serious problems in Europe, and people shouldn’t underestimate them. The European climate change policies and the silencing of speech are part of the problem.
Belgium is overrun with violent youth, and youth are on the streets in the Netherlands, Greece, and Spain. Some are waving Palestinian flags, and many, perhaps most, are native youth.
Albania is on fire now, and so is its supreme court, which they set ablaze. Watch the supreme court burn. Also, watch this clip and this and this. Some people on these threads claim to be proud anarchists who are thrilled to see this.
When they say they want to tear it all down, believe them.
The West Can Be Saved
What must not be ignored are the influencers in China and other unfriendlies, antifa, radical Islam, Marxist professors, and the other sickness permeating our Western societies. Does anyone remember how the World Economic Forum, which promoted the climate change anti-fossil-fuel, de-industrialization movement, predicted violence throughout the West? Klaus Schwab and George Soros made a point of it.
El Salvador’s President, Nayib Bukele, believes a tough law-and-order approach would save the West. They told him El Salvador was lost, too. Fortunately, he didn’t believe them.
I’ve heard it said that France is finished, that it’s too late to save her, Bukele wrote on X.
But France remains just as beautiful, enviable even. Her greatness hasn’t vanished; it only awaits rebirth.
We overcame, in a single year, a problem a hundred times more severe, without having the resources at France’s disposal.
France could manage it in a week.
It’s past time to face reality and execute a realistic plan.
